The Boca-Rota - Garlic Cheesy-Bread served with Prime Rib Strips, Sauteed Mushrooms & Mozzarella - was divine.
The Bread was so good by itself, but topped with the meaty & mushroom-y mixture, it was absolutely delicious!
Bo's Big Nachos were really good too - it's one of my faves because of the use of Crispy Won Ton Chips instead of regular tortilla chips. The Chips were topped with Ham, Kalua Pig, Onions, Mushrooms, Cheese, and Avocado.
The kids liked the Meat Lovers Pizza, which included Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Bacon, and Kalua Pork.
For dessert was the OREO-Haupia Mud Pie. Made with Kona Coffee Ice Cream, I thought the combination of OREO and Haupia was different, but good.
The food is on the pricey side, and the service was a tad slow, but overall we had a great dining experience, and I'm glad Uncle Bo's now has two locations!
