Recently-Opened in Pearl City: Matsuzaka-Tei

Matsuzaka-Tei recently opened its second location in Pearl City (original location is in Shirokiya at Ala Moana Center).

Specializing in Rice Bowls, they offer a variety of different toppings and sizes.

My son, husband, and I all ordered Medium Rice Bowls.

I had the Spicy Miso Chicken Rice Bowl.  The chicken had a nice miso flavor and was indeed spicy.

The Teriyaki Chicken was very delicious - my son really enjoyed it.

The Takoyaki & Beef Rice Bowl is a popular dish, and my husband really liked it.  I also tried Takoyaki for the first time - YUM!

The Medium Bowls were more than enough food for my son and I (next time we'll order minis), so we had a lot of leftovers for dinner.

Service was great, and Matsuzaka-Tei is a nice spot for a quick, delicious, and filling meal!
