New to Manoa Marketplace: Breadbox Hawaii

Grand Marnier donut for grown ups.

Breadbox Hawaii opened up about a couple of months ago by the same owners of Baby Awareness, located upstairs from the bakery in Manoa Marketplace.  But before you make your visit, you'll need to decide your first priority.  Don't come too late or the donuts will be sold out.  But don't come too early if your heart is set on a bacon epi because those savory items churn out around 11:30am - closer to lunch time.

In hindsight, try to visit the bakery before 10am.  It was quite disheartening to see so many empty trays.

On our visit, we picked up a couple of donuts, hana pans, and a strawberry mousse.  The donuts are heavenly.  Soft and sweet.  They also offer a variety of cookies, fruit breads as well as freshly baked bread.  Service was super friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable.  Looking forward to returning so I can try their famous bacon epi!

Located in Manoa Marketplace next to Wholesale Unlimited.

My son is a foodie too.  :D
