North Shore Kula Grille

While at Turtle Bay Resort, we had breakfast at North Shore Kula Grille.

Hawaiian Style French Toast

Keiki Five Silver Dollar Pancakes with Bananas (and Whipped Cream on the side, not shown)

Local Frittata
North Shore Kula Grille does offer a breakfast buffet, but we decided to order from the breakfast menu.

I had the Local Frittata, which seemed like more like an "open-face omelette" than a frittata, but it was really good.  It had kalua pork, kale, tomatoes, and cheese, and it was a very hearty meal.  It was a large portion, so I shared some with my husband, who happily ate it because he was disappointed with the French Toast.

He said that the portion size was too small, and that it just tasted "okay."

The kids, however, enjoyed their breakfasts and ate up almost everything.

With the exception of having to wait a very, very long time to pay our bill, service was great and everyone who assisted exuded the aloha spirit.
