Visit Phoenix: Top 10 Reasons Why I Loved Staying at The Wigwam

After our trip to Phoenix, many people asked if I would stay at The Wigwam again.

And my answer is always a definite YES.

Here are the top 10 reasons why I loved staying at The Wigwam:
1. Memories - We made so many wonderful memories while at The Wigwam - my kids ice skated for the first time, made orange juice, and even slept in a tee pee!
2. Family-Friendly - The Wigwam is very family friendly.  On site is a kids arcade, a pool with water slides and a splash pad; kids menus are available at the restaurants on property; special kids activities are often held during special occasions.
3. Award-winning Dining - Litchfield's is just one of the great restaurants on property at which we had a great meal.
    4. Spacious Accommodations - Charming, yet modern, the suites at The Wigwam provided more than enough room for our family with all of the modern amenities.
    5. Activities - On property you can play tennis, golf, sand volleyball, Bocce ball, or even a round of Foosball!
    6. Pools - With four pools to choose from, The Wigwam has a place for everyone to splash or swim.

    7. Farmers Market - How cool is it to check out a farmers market selling local fare just a short walk from your hotel room?

    8. Rich in History -  The Wigwam is rich in history, having officially opened as a resort in 1924.  You can even sit in front of the original fireplace
    9. Beautiful Grounds - The grounds of The Wigwam are simply beautiful.  Throughout the property are beautiful rose bushes, citrus trees, and a variety of intriguing cacti.
    10. Social Gathering - The Wigwam is big on social gatherings, and it shows throughout the numerous events and areas that encourage socializing.  We met a lot of wonderful and friendly people at The Wigwam - both staff and guests!
