Hawaiian Pie Company

Have you heard the buzz over the Hawaiian Pie Company?  Owner Joel Hori's grandfather, Yoshio Hori, is the original owner of Holy's Bakery on the Big Island, but you won't find any of Holy's pies at the Hawaiian Pie Company.  Customers are in a for a treat because this pie shop has developed its own original pie recipes, like passion pear (my favorite!) and peach pineapple.  The 3 pound, 9 inch pies available frozen and baked will run you between $20 and $22 while a slice of happiness will cost you $4.75-$5.75.

If you can't decide, be sure to taste the pie samples the bakery offers.  The bakery is open Tuesday through Saturday.  Follow their IG account @hawaiianpieco for available pie flavors and daily specials like bread pudding and flakey turnovers.
