Boots & Kimo's

Our family recently dined at Boots & Kimo's - my first time at the restaurant since they moved into their larger space years ago!

We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened, and fortunately there were many tables open (but by the time we left it really to started to fill up), and we were soon on our way to eating a yummy breakfast!

I had the fried rice omelet, which was different from other fried rice omelets that I've had because of the addition of melted American Cheese in the omelet. Ultimately, I would prefer if it didn't have any since it overpowered the taste of the fried rice, but overall I still enjoyed it.

My kids loved the different pancakes they ordered, and my husband really liked the French toast.

Although it was prices were high compared to other breakfast spots we've been to, the food was great, and the service was excellent!
