Visit Vancouver: Paul's Omelettery

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I was very much looking forward to having breakfast at Paul's Omelettery.

I had The 1306 Omelette, which was my favorite breakfast during our time in Vancouver.

The Omelette, which was filled with shiitake, oyster, & button mushrooms which were sauteed with garlic and onion, was mixed with cheddar, edam and cream cheese to create a winning combination.

There is no kids menu (but they did offer my kids some coloring books and crayons), so my kids shared the 3 Pancakes, a side of Pan Fries, and a side of Bacon.

The pancakes were on the sweet side, and almost cake-like, but they were still really delicious.

Service was excellent, and Paul's Omelettery is definitely a great option for breakfast lovers!
