Cinnamon's Restaurant

I love breakfast foods, so it was only natural for me to order breakfast at Cinnamon's Restaurant, one of the most popular breakfast spots on the island!
From top left clockwise: Skillet Breakfast; Chinese Omelette; Red Velvet Pancakes
I had the Skillet Breakfast, which consisted of a bed of home fries topped with a scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, sour cream, and cheddar cheese (you can choose your style of egg and up to 3 items; cheddar cheese extra).  Everything was so good - how can you go wrong with bacon, mushrooms, and sour cream?

My husband had the Chinese Omelette, which was full of shredded roasted chicken, char siu, and fu yong veggies in oyster sauce, and it was really good!

We also ordered the Red Velvet Pancakes to share with my son.  It's a normal menu item and it usually just comes with a White Chocolate Topping, but there was a special that morning in which it also came with Chocolate Chips and Macadamia Nuts for the same price, so of course we went with the special.

My son and husband loved it, but I thought the pancakes were a little too sweet for my taste.  I much rather have savory breakfasts.

Overall we had a great lunch - service was prompt and friendly and the food was delicious!
