Scoop of Paradise is my favorite ice cream shop on Oahu.  We'd normally go to the Haleiwa location, but we recently went to the newer Waialua location.

I had the orange blossom ice cream, which was very, very delicious. 
 
All ice cream is homemade, and although a bit on the pricey side, serving sizes are huge, as you can see from the photos.
 
The Waialua location also serves sandwiches, soups, and pizzas, so I'll definitely be back again to try out their food.
