Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

When I first saw the recipe for Peanut Butter Cup Brownies on Baked Perfection, I knew I had to try and make them myself.

Every time I make them they're a hit, and it's the perfect little bite-size treat for just about any occasion!

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies (recipe adapted from Baked Perfection)

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix (+ 1 egg, 1/3 c oil, 1/3 c water per box instructions)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray 48 mini-muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Prepare brownie mix as directed.
  • Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups
  • Bake for approximately 14 minutes.
  • After brownies are out of the oven, use the back of a spoon (I used the back of a melon baller) to make an indentation in each brownie.
  • Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds on high.
  • Spoon about a teaspoon of peanut butter into the center of each brownie.
  • Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  • Cool completely in pan.
