Town

My husband and I recently had dinner at Town, a restaurant that has won numerous awards both locally and nationally, and operates by the mantra "Local first, organic whenever possible, with Aloha always."
Bread, Butter, and Olives (first round is complimentary)
Pa`i`ai, Portobello, Pohole, Shallot, Tomato, Inamona

Fried Noodles, Blistered Chiles, Prosciutoo Salt, Aioli
Opah with Local Veggies, Limu, Meyer Lemon

Chicken Breast with Tatsoi, Grapes, Pancetta, Torn Bread, Macadamia Nuts

Salted Chocolate Pretzel Tart

Kulolo, Apple Banana, Macadamia Nuts

Everything from the bread to the dessert was delicious.

The chicken was perfectly cooked - crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside.

And the salted chocolate pretzel tart was amazing!

Our server was very friendly and was very helpful in explaining what the different dishes and ingredients were.

The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the wait for our main entrees.

Our server did say that the chicken would take a while, but I didn't expect it to take 53 minutes!

Despite the very lengthy wait for our main dishes, our overall experience was fantastic.
