Peanut Butter Bars

One of my favorite desserts to make and eat is Peanut Butter Bars.

I use this recipe from Allrecipes.com - it's sooooooo easy and the end results is just divine!
Peanut Butter Bars (recipe credit Allrecipes)

Ingredients:
  • 1 c melted butter
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 T peanut butter
Directions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. 
  • Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
  • In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips and 4T peanut butter for 1 minute.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Spread over the prepared crust. 
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
