Black Angus Steak House (Cattle Company)-Pearl City

We recently had lunch at Black Angus Steak House (Cattle Company) in Pearl City.

The complimentary bread, which DS2 just loves.

DH ordered the Steakhouse Bacon Cheeseburger.

I ordered the Chicken, Avocado, and Bacon Sandwich.  I usually always order this at Cattle Company.  And it was good, as usual.

DS1 ordered the Kids Cheese Pizza.  He loved it--he ate the entire thing!

DS2 had the Kids Chicken Strips.
I love their chicken strips because it's panko-crusted (yes, I snuck a few bites).

The kids meals come with oranges and a side, as well as dessert (drinks are $.99 with free refills).

The boys got to enjoy some ice cream for dessert (the server asked if we wanted it with hot fudge sauce and I told her no--I knew it would get too messy and the boys would be happy with vanilla ice cream as is).

Overall, the food was good, and the service was okay.  Our server was nice, but the service was slow, and once she took my credit card to take care of the bill, it took OVER TEN MINUTES for me to get the card and receipt back.

There's always coupons in the Sunday inserts or in Valpak or in the Entertainment Book (we used a $5 of $20 coupon from the Entertainment book on this visit) so there are many opportunities to save money at Cattle Company.

Ultimately we had a nice lunch and we were all satisfied with our meals!

  1. Yes, it is a great restaurant. We have eaten there often, taking advantage of the coupon in the newspaper.
