We did take-out from Ikkyu Ramen in Waikoloa.  

Chicken Katsu Curry Rice

I had the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice.  It was a very generous portion, and the katsu itself was pretty good. 

Gyoza

 The Gyoza was tasty.  

Mini Gomoku Ramen

Spicy Beef Ramen

Ikkyu was quite busy - it seemed like a very popular spot in Waikoloa.  

There is another location in Kailua-Kona as well!
