Ever since our first stay in a Mimaru Apartment Hotel, I've been a fan. While on our most recent visit to Tokyo, we decided to stay at Mimaru Tokyo Station East.
We once again stayed in a 2-bedroom family suite, and although smaller than the other 2-bedroom family suites in other Mimaru locations that we've stayed it, it was still sufficient for our needs.
One bedroom had 2 beds and a bunk bed.

The washer was in one of bathrooms.
The seating area and dining table gave us extra space.
The train station is just a 3-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and konbinis nearby, including a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the apartment hotel.
I found that the hotel was located in more of a business-type area, so food and shopping options were not as abundant as other places we stayed at in Japan, but you could easily stroll around or Google Map restaurants and shops around the area.
The staff was very friendly upon check-in.
The two bathrooms, kitchen area, and especially the washer and dryer make us fans of Mimaru.
