Visit Arkansas: The Walmart Museum Heritage Lab

Walmart originated in Bentonville, Arkansas, so naturally, we decided to visit the Walmart Museum.

Unfortunately, the museum is closed for renovations, but thankfully, they have The Walmart Museum Heritage Lab where you can learn about the history of Walmart.

Although small, they had several interesting displays, and it was neat to see a lot of vintage products and uniforms.

There was even a hologram of founder Sam Walton, who shared about the history of Walmart, and how important its employees and the community has been for Walmart's success.

One of my favorite parts of the visit was the Scavenger Hunt, where you find all the hidden objects on a card.  It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be to find everything, but it was a real team effort, and it encouraged you to pay attention to the different exhibits.

The Scavenger Hunt really was fun, and you can turn in your completed card for some Walmart swag!

The Walmart Museum Heritage Lab was an educational and informative stop in Arkansas!
