Easter Sunday Brunch at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua

@melissa808 told me just how amazing the Easter Sunday Brunch is at the Ulana Terrace at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua, so I was extremely excited to have been invited to experience it for myself!

Of course, the first thing that caught my eye was the dessert station!  It was just full of the cutest, most festive Easter desserts!

I don't know what kid (or adult) that wouldn't be delighted by seeing the array of pastel confections.
They even had a Banana Lumpia bar, with your choice of sauces (chocolate, caramel, or creme anglaise).  I even got some yummy Malasadas to dip into the sauces!   The attendant at the station suggest I get all 3 sauces, but the caramel was my favorite of the 3.

The Banana Lumpia was delicious by itself too.  It reminded me of the banana lumpias my grandma used to make when I was little!

I'm all about breakfast, so I enjoyed the typical breakfast offerings of potatoes, bacon, and Portuguese sausage.

There was also an Eggs Benedict station!
There were a variety of hot entrees and sides, including grilled vegetables, chicken, salmon, mushroom fried rice, and a beef curry dish that was my favorite!

I rarely eat beef, but this beef was just so tender and the sauce was so good!

There was a binchotan set-up where you could get grilled meats, a DIY salad bar, carving station, and so much more!

There was a yogurt station, beautifully prepared salads, a charcuterie table, and an assortment of breads.

The brunch also offered fresh seafood, poke, as well as sushi and sashimi prepared right before your eyes.

A chef even broke down an 88-pound ahi during the brunch - I've never seen that before during a brunch in Hawaiʻi!

The brunch was beyond what I had expected, with so many elements that I haven't seen at other brunch experiences.  I was particularly impressed with the hot entrees, which were all so flavorful.

The variety of offerings will appeal to all taste buds.  So whether you're craving something sweet or savory, healthy or more indulgent, you'll find something to enjoy at the Easter Sunday Brunch at Ulana Terrace.

The view is just the prettiest too!  What a great way to spend an Easter morning!

Don't delay when making your reservations for next year!
