Visit North Carolina: Andy's Frozen Custard

We were looking for an ice cream shop on our first night in North Carolina, but it was late, and there were either not many ice cream shops nearby, or the ice cream shops were about to close.

Fortunately, I found a great alternative - Andy's Frozen Custard, and they were open late (til 1130pm).

They have Concretes, Jackhammers (custards with toppings and fillings), shakes, cones, and more!

It may not look very photogenic, but the treats are highly delicious!

Triple Chocolate
Triple Chocolate consisted of chocolate frozen custard, chocolate chip cookie dough, and melted chocolate chip.
Boot Daddy
The Boot Dadddy had OREOs, creme caramel, and hot fudge.

Rico Suave
The Rico Suave had roasted pecans, OREOs, and a hot fudge center.

It was a chilly night, and the line for the drive-thru was long, but it was so worth it.  The frozen custard really hit the spot, and with all the mix-ins and toppings, it was just so yummy!

Andy's Frozen Custard was the perfect stop for a cool, sweet treat!
