Visit Las Vegas: Primrose in the Park MGM

Avocado toast with poached egg

On our last day on a recent trip to Las Vegas, my husband wanted to eat avocado toast at the Pyramid Cafe in the Luxor, where we were staying. I remembered having it before and it was not memorable so I did a quick search on Yelp and found a nice one at the Primrose restaurant in the Park MGM hotel.

The Primrose is a "French-ish" restaurant and popular spot for brunch. The decor is pretty, girly and right up my alley. We started with cocktails, I had the Primrose (of course) and my husband had a negroni. As expected, we both ordered the avocado toast; mine with a poached egg and his with smoked salmon. We had a nice leisurely brunch and the service was excellent. It was our first time at the Park MGM as well and proved to be a great dining experience.
