Visit Las Vegas: The Crack Shack

My husband and I are suckers for a good spicy fried chicken sandwich and while walking on the Las Vegas Strip, the large rooster in front of The Crack Shack caught our attention.  We looked up their menu and decided to have dinner there on the way back to our hotel.

When you enter, you can either order at the front for self-service or have a seat at the bar for full service. We both ordered the Firebird - a spicy fried Jidori thigh sandwich on a potato roll topped with cool ranch, crispy onions, and pickles. The sandwich was massive and spicy.  I loved it!  We also shared french fries and their classic slaw.  The food was great and of course we could not finish it all.

We had a great meal at the Crack Shack; a casual and lively restaurant that is perfect for large groups and families.
