Visit Seoul: Miseongok

We ended up stumbling upon another restaurant in Seoul, Miseongok, that basically offers no menu and specializes in just two dishes - Seolleongtang (Ox Bone Soup) and Suyuk (Boiled Meat).

It took us a while to find the restaurant, which was hidden at the end of an alley, but once we found it, we were seated and presented with a huge container of kim chee.

Amongst the family, some of us ordered the Suyuk, whereas others ordered the Seolleongtang.

The soup was comforting, and the meat tender.

The Suyuk consisted of various types of meats, including tongue and other animal parts that I couldn't identify, but the kids ate them up (I didn't tell them what it was until later, because I actually didn't know myself!).

It's another "go where the locals go" eatery - definitely a must-try!
