Rakumen in Mililani offers reasonably-priced, delicious food! The menu features primarily ramen dishes, but there are all sorts of other popular Japanese dishes on the menu as well.

I had the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice, which was loaded with Chicken Katsu! The Chicken Katsu was tasty, but I wished they put the gravy on top of the katsu versus on the rice (the curry was all soaked into the rice) - next time I'll ask for the curry on top or on the side.
Rakumen also offers Mini Ramen Combo sets. Ramen and gyoza comes with your choice of mini entrees, such as Chicken Katsu Curry with Rice or Gyoza Curry with Rice.
We ended up ordering online during Gyoza Happy Hour (2-5pm daily), which meant a free 4-piece gyoza for every entree!
