Foodland Kara-Oke Bowls

Nat and I don't agree on much when it comes to food, but one thing we do agree upon is how good the Kara-Oke Bowls are at Foodland!

She had mentioned to me that she liked the Kara-Oke Bowls at Foodland, so when I found myself looking for something to eat while at Foodland in Hilo, I immediately ordered two different Kara-Oke Bowls once I spied the sign.

Honey Kochujang

Original

I really liked the Original - huge chunks of chicken were fried nicely and not dried out.  They were juicy and flavorful!

The Honey Kochujang had a little bit of heat from the kochujang and sriracha mayo.

A third variety is offered - a Roasted Sesame, that I hope to try next time.

The bowls are very reasonably-priced, and the portions are generous (a bowl will last me at least two meals).

The Kara-Oke Bowls are a great option for lunch or dinner!
