Visit Seoul: Out Now

We were hungry while shopping at AK& in Hongdae, and decided to try out Out Now.  I had no idea until recently that Out Now features an ever-changing menu based on recipes from Youtuber Heebab.

Fried Chicken

Cheonji Maratang with Cotton Candy

Bibim Spicy Noodles

The Spicy Noodles were really spicy - a bit too much for my taste (and I like spicy), and the Cheonji Maratang was a bit on the spicier side as well.  The Fried Chicken was my favorite - perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fried rice was too (definitely reminiscent of arancini).    My kids loved the shrimp!

The trendy recipes are mash-ups, unique, and / or include unusual ingredients (like the "cloud soup" with cotton candy).
