Maui’s Marlow Restaurant

Cioppino

After our super fun tour at Maui Alpaca, we had lunch at Marlow - a restaurant serving sourdough, Neapolitan style pizza in Pukalani, upcountry Maui. The restaurant is locally owned and named after the Chef/owner’s youngest with his wife and co-owner of Marlow.

The pizza pies are baked in Marlow’s kiawe wood burning oven from Italy giving the pizzas the authentic charred crispy bottom with an airy and chewy crust.  We ordered the coppa, a white pie, and the pepperoni.  Both pizzas were incredible, but we especially loved the ciopinno with its plentiful Kauai prawns, kanpachi, and tako.

The restaurant is bright and spacious and the service was friendly and great.  Our experience was so wonderful, we returned for dinner and I have been recommending the restaurant to anyone headed to Maui.
