Granchio Fettuccine
We enjoyed Appetito's craft pizza so much that we had to return for dinner during our Waikiki staycation. Lucky for us our reservation was during their happy hour (3pm to 6pm) so we got a discount off drinks and pizzas.
This time we also tried their pasta dishes. I had the Homemade Bolognese that is usually served with pappardelle, but they were out so they subbed it with fettucine. It was excellent! My son ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese with homemade bechamel cream sauce with spinach and crab topped with a buttery Maine lobster tail. I had his leftovers and while it was delicious, it was a little too rich for my taste. My daughter had the Granchio Fettuccine with crab meat and tomato cream sauce. I didn't get to sample that because she loved it. Of course we also had pizza! We order the Margherita, Italian Salami, and the Funghi.
