Visit Austin: Veracruz All Natural

For breakfast one morning in Austin, we did take-out from Veracruz All Natural, where they offer plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

I love a savory breakfast, and these breakfast tacos and sides hit the spot!
Chips

Refried Pinto Beans

Salsa

Credo Queso
The Credo Queso is actually vegan and made out of cashews.  I thought it was good, but I will always prefer real queso!

Migas Taco
The Migas Taco included egg, tortilla chips, tomato, onion, cilantro, cheese, and avocado.

Migas Poblanas
The Migas Poblanas consisted of egg, pobalno peppers, tortiall chips, red onion, queso fresco, black beans, and avocado.

Description

El Tradicional
The El Tradicional was stuffed with egg, bacon, refried beans, potato, and cheese.

El Sancho Taco

The El Sancho Taco consisted of chorizo, egg, and cheese.

Whether you chose a vegetarian or meat option, the tacos were very filling!  Prices are very reasonable, and Veracruz All Natural was a great spot for take-out breakfast!
