PAI Honolulu's Dumpling Kit

PAI Honolulu teamed up with Hawaii Theatre again this year to bring Dumpling Kits to guests so they can make dumplings at home and celebrate the Lunar New Year!

Each kit contained wrappers, filling (pork or vegetable), and instructions + a link to a video so you could watch Chef Kevin Lee fold dumplings.

I was gifted a kit and was excited to make them with my littlest!  He had so much fun folding the dumplings, and it made him very enthusiastic about eating them (so enthusiastic that he didn't realize he was eating all vegetables).





The kit made dumpling-making such a breeze, and it made for a quick and easy meal (I served them with Chef Kevin's XO Sauce - delish!!).  I hope they do this again next year!  What a fun gift, and such a nice way to spend time with loved ones!
