Visit Waimea: Moa Kitchen

I've heard a lot about Moa Kitchen in Waimea on the Big Island.  The menu offerings are Japanese-influenced, with a variety of ramen, yakitori, and sushi offerings.

Miso Soup

Moa Shio Ramen

Pork Gyoza

French Fries

Chicken Katsu with Curry on the Side

Everything we ordered was so good!  The Shio Ramen chicken broth was really tasty, and we ordered it Zembu-style, with Cha Shu, Ajitama, Meatball, and Nori.

The Chicken Katsu Curry came with a very generous portion of curry, and the Gyoza was perfectly cooked.

The Chicken Karaage was also really delish.

I can't wait to return to try more menu items!
