Good Chicken

Good Chicken is one of a handful of Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) joints to open on Oahu in 2021. Since we were in the area one Friday afternoon, I decided to stop by to try their KFC.  Good Chicken has four different flavors of KFC on their menu - fried, garlic chili, honey shoyu, and BBQ. Since I was with my sons, I ordered the plain fried chicken, in case they wanted to try the chicken.  We ended up eating the entire half order (10 wings) in the parking lot of Ohana Marketplace, because we wanted to eat the chicken fresh - it was so crispy and moist! The three of us devoured all ten wings in no time. My sons gave it two thumbs up.

We will be back to try other flavors, as well as the homemade pork mandoo (steamed or fried)!
