December Montly Special - Furikake Miso Salmon Salad

Thank you to our sponsor for the complimentary certificates we used towards today's food purchases

Back for a limited time only (through December 30, 2021 to be exact!) - Zippy's Furikake Miso Salmon! Available as a plate lunch (with two scoops of rice, choice of mac salad or tossed) or a salad.  The twins and I dined in so that I could try the Furikake Miso Salmon Salad, and I couldn't believe the size of the salad when it arrived at our table. The salmon filet was very crispy and the salmon itself was moist and melted in my mouth. There was a generous amount of furikake, mayo and miso mayo drizzle, which added a ton of flavor to this salad. Now I see why the waitress didn't ask me what kind of salad dressing I wanted with my salad - no dressing needed! If you like your salads with a lot of dressing, this salad is for you.

For dessert we picked up a piece of Strawberry Cream Cheese Square to-go. This is one of our favorite chilled desserts from Napoleon's Bakery and it's only available through January 2, 2022.
