Brunch at Kapa Hale

I love brunch, so I was super happy to finally have tried the brunch menu at Kapa Hale.

Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

The Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf was so moist, and paired nicely with the whipped guava butter.

Croque Wahine

The Croque Wahine is a local twist on the Croque Madame, and was filled with Guava Smoked Pork.  So good!  The Pork was tender and just so flavorful.

I could only eat half of the sandwich because I ate almost all of the Eggplant Tempura!

Eggplant
The Eggplant came with a spicy tomato sauce.

I Got U BAE

The I Got U BAE (Bacon + Avocado + Egg) was the perfect breakfast sandwich.

Mushroom Quiche Me

The Quiche of the Day was a Mushroom Quiche.  This was so delish.  I loved the flaky crust and the savory custard filling.

Gingerbread Creme Brulee

Don't miss out on the Gingerbread Creme Brulee to celebrate the season!

I can't wait to return to try out more items from the brunch menu!

Thank you Chef Keaka for such a fab meal!
