STRIPSTEAK WAIKIKI OFFERS AN ALLURING THANKSGIVING DAY MENU PEOPLE WILL WANT TO JUST GOBBLE UP

STRIPSTEAK Waikiki recently announced an irresistible Thanksgiving Day four-course menu with a number of sides.  On November 25, STRIPSTEAK Waikiki patrons may treat their family and friends to an exquisite fall-inspired menu, with two wine pairing options, starting at $79 per person.  There is also a take-out version of the menu that feeds four people.

The special Thanksgiving menu will include:

KABOCHA BISQUE – King Crab, Caviar, Crème Fraîche

ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS – Pork Belly, Soy-Black Pepper Glaze

A choice of ROASTED TURKEY or HERB CRUSTED PRIME RIB (Supplement 20)

Served with Potato Puree, Green Beans, Cranberries, Classic Stuffing, Candied Yams

PUMPKIN SPICED CHEESECAKE – Graham Cracker Crust, Pecan Brittle, Whipped Cream

The four-course dine-in meal with sides is priced at $79 per person, with an herb-crusted prime rib supplement as an alternative to the turkey.  Two wine pairing options, one for an additional $55 and a more luxurious version for an additional $75, are available to transform the holiday meal into an extraordinary occasion.

There is also a takeout option featuring the kabocha bisque, roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted half turkey (about 6 pounds, prior to cooking) with sides, and the pumpkin spiced cheesecake.  The dinner feeds four people and is priced at $199 plus tax, available for purchase as a ticketed item on SevenRooms (http://sevn.ly/xJIBjT2t), with a link to this site also found on www.STRIPSTEAKWaikiki.com.  Reheating instructions are included, and pick up of these take away meals will be on November 24 and 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

“We are grateful that we will be able to enjoy a festive Thanksgiving Day as our situation in Hawaii shows remarkable signs of improvement,” shares Chris Burman, general manager.  “This year, we believe people are seeking to treat themselves and their loved ones, so we created this spectacular meal at an incredibly reasonable price.  Whether people are dining in with us, or taking out the meal to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes, we are hoping to start getting people into the holiday mood.”

Located on the International Market Place’s third-level Grand Lanai at 2330 Kalākaua Avenue, STRIPSTEAK Waikiki serves dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  The restaurant offers expansive indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations are highly recommended. Validated self-parking is available at the International Market Place.
