Lunch at Hana No Sato

Hana No Sato is a great place to go for affordable Japanese bentos. I met a friend here for lunch on a weekday recently, and we were impressed with the $10 bentos. Each bento comes with your choice of miso soup or salad, a bowl of rice, two deep fried gyozas, half a boiled egg, mac salad, and gobo. It's a well-balanced meal and won't put you down for the count (i.e. kanak attack) for the rest of the day.

We added a side of karaage chicken, because we love fried chicken, and it was excellent! It came out from the kitchen hot, and there were 6 moist pieces of fried chicken for us to share.

They have limited parking stalls in the back of the building. Take-out is available!
