Yummallo Unicorn Mix Cookies

I bought some Yummallo Unicorn Mix online, and I decided to make cookies with them!

The fun mix comes with colorful baking chips, dehydrated marshmallows, and confetti sprinkles!  (Note - I added some butterfly pea flower powder, which is why they look blue on the inside).

Yummallo Unicorn Mix Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 ¾ c flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • ½ t baking powder
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 ½ c white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 c Yummallo Unicorn Mix

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Mix in the egg and vanilla.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the sugar mixture.
  • Scoop two-tablespoonfuls worth onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake 11-13 minutes.
  • Let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
