Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya at Ala Moana Center

I've dined in at Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya at Ala Moana a couple of times with my friends and enjoyed it so much that I returned with my hubby so that he could see why I love this noodle house so much.

There were several groups of four already waiting for a table when we arrived during the lunch hour, but since it was just the two of us, we got seated right away.

The gyozas arrived first. They are house made and had a nice amount of pork filling inside.

The hubby ordered the Tanaka Classic.

I ordered the Tanaka Combo and asked for thick noodle instead of the thin noodles that it comes with.

We both love the broths and the al dente noodles.  Service was quick, and COVID-19 safety protocols are in full effect (temperature checks, masks, socially-distanced tables). No reservations accepted. Take-out is available.
