Yukonola

My foodie friend Yuko started her own granola company, Yukonola, and she sent me a sample to try out!

After experiencing some health issues, Yuko decided to clean up her diet, and she set out to create a granola consisting of organic superfoods.

Yukonola is made with a bunch of organic ingredients, including organic rolled oats, organic almonds, organic local honey, and organic cinnamon, as well as superfood ingredients, like organic chia seeds, organic hemp hearts, and organic flax meal.

The granola tastes absolutely delicious on its own.  The honey and cinnamon flavors are just right, and the granola has a hearty crunch to it.  It's impressive how something with so many good-for-you ingredients can taste so yummy!

My kids and I topped yogurt and ice cream with the granola, and it really gives a nice texture and satisfying crunch.
