Happy National Sandwich Day!

Today's holiday reflects a very, very important day in our nation's history.  But instead of focusing on this day that has turned out to be very divisive for our country, I'll celebrate another holiday that falls on this date - National Sandwich Day! 

If I had to choose, my favorite sandwich would be a Grilled Cheese Sandwich.  There's just something comforting about this classic sandwich (and if paired with a tomato soup, even better!). 

On the sweeter side - I could never turned down an Ice Cream Sandwich.  

If I had to choose a favorite sandwich shop, it would be Sprout Sandwich Shop.
