French Toast Omelette Sandwich Hack

I've seen a lot of food hacks on social media, and one I tried recently was the French Toast Omelette Sandwich.

You basically melt about a tablespoon of butter in a pan, then pour in 3 eggs, scrambled.  Dip a slice of bread in the egg then flip the bread over, placing the bread in the egg (and the dipped side faces up).  Do the same with the other slice of bread.

Once the eggs have set, about 2-3 minutes, carefully flip everything over, so the bread slices are face down.

As the bread cooks, layer on cheese, meat, and whatever else your heart desires.

Fold in the excess sides of the egg onto the bread, and flip one slice onto the other to make a sandwich.

Cut in half, and watch all that cheese ooze out!

This makes a great breakfast sandwich!

Google "French Toast Omelette Sandwich" and you'll find lots of videos!
