La Birria Tacos Now Open

The birria taco craze is strong, and the La Birria Tacos food truck has opened in the Pearlridge Center parking lot to cater to those on the Leeward and Central Oahu sides who can't get enough (or any) of these popular street tacos.

The menu offers Birria Queso Tacos, Hell Fire ("hot AF") tacos, Birria Saimin, as well as sides, and drinks.

Birria Queso

Squeeze some lime on the Birria Queso tacos and the accompanying broth before you take your first dip and bite.  The tacos are cheesy, the beef is flavorful, and the broth is aromatic (love all the cilantro!).

If you are brave enough, try the Hell Fire taco.
Hell Fire

Both the tacos and broth are made with Chef Arturo Silva's secret blend of peppers.  I love spicy, but I could not finish this taco!  Many people with me could finish it, but I gave up.  If you love very, very spicy, give this a try!
Birria Ramen

You can order the Ramen by itself or as a side.

La Birria Tacos is a welcomed player to the birria taco game, especially for those who don't live in town!
