Keith's Cookies

Thanks to @melissa808, I received some Keith's Cookies (she got them at the Kaka`ako FarmLovers farmers market).


I tried the Mochiko Shortbread and Chocolate Chocolate Chip.  

The Chocolate Chocolate Chip was chocolaty indeed, made with cacao powder from Europe.  Despite my love for chocolate, my favorite of the two was actually the Mochiko Shortbread!  

The Mochiko Shortbread is the original base flavor for all of the shortbread cookies, and I just loved how these crispy cookies reminded me of cookies that I grew up eating when I was little.  

Ketih's Cookies offers over a dozen flavors, and I can't wait to try more!
