Blended White Russian Slushy with Boba

Earlier in the year I got to try out some of Mochi Foods' Maffles and Mochi Pancakes Mixes, and Mochi Foods recently asked if I wanted to try out their new bakeable boba (Mini Q), which is also freezeable!

I asked Chef Brian at Na`au for some suggestions, and even sent him some to tinker around with.

He ended up making a Blended White Russian Slushy with Boba


Blended White Russian Slushy with Boba

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1/2 c Koloa Kauai Coffee Rum
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 6 cubes ice
  • 2 T Mini Q Boba, rinsed
Directions:
  • In a blender, blend all ingredients except Mini Q.  
  • Pour contents into bottom of 6" glasses.
  • Top with Mini Q.
