Zia's Caffe To-Go

Chef Keith Endo is now at Zia's Caffe in Kaneohe, and he's brought with him years of experience in the kitchen, as well as a lot of influence and inspiration from his travels to Italy, where he picked up a lot of ingredient and cooking knowledge when it comes to creating delicious Italian cuisine.

Stracciatella

Skyscraper Pizza

Garlic Cheese Bread

Spinach & Cheese Ravioli

Chicken Piccata

Porchetta

The Skyscraper was demolished by the family.  Th pizza was topped with a black olive pesto, roast beef, bacon, salami, mozzarella, fresh arugula, tomato, and a red wine vinaigrette.

My favorite was the Stracciatella.  This luscious, soft cheese was so amazing, and was served with garlic bread, a tomato carpaccio, and a delicious pesto (I love pesto!).

The Porchetta was amazing as well.  It was so flavorful and moist, and served with red potatoes, kale, and red peppers.

The Ravioli, Chicken Piccata, and Garlic Bread were all devoured a well.

Everything was really delicious!
