da CHEFS box

New from Y.Hata and Co. and Chef Zone is da CHEFS box - a weekly offering of prepared foods, baked goods, and local items - perfect to help busy parents feed their families for several days.

I was fortunate to have a box of food delivered to me, and it was filled with all sorts of great items!

Prepared Foods:
  • New York Steak with Roasted Garlic Herb Butter
  • Lemongrass Chicken
  • Saffron Risotto Milanese
  • Heirloom Baby Potatoes
  • Carrot Ginger Soup
Fresh Baked:
  • Rosemary Loaf
  • Lilikoi Ricotta Cheesecake

Local Items:
  • Day Boat Fresh Fish
  • Local Fruits & Veggies from Aloun Famrs
  • Oahu Fresh Eggs from Eggs Hawaii
  • Housemade Mozarella
It's enough food to feed a family of four for up to five meals!

This box was prepared by Chef Moumen El Hajji of Pur Sina Hawaii.

The weekly box is $150, and you simply order the box on chefzone.com by Thursday to pick up on Sunday curbside at ChefZone.

Instructions are included in each box for those with little cooking skills (like myself), and you can easily incorporate items you have on hand to customize each meal.

I did just that with the Lilikoi Ricotta Cheesecake - I added fresh blueberries and drizzled on some local honey.
da CHEFS box makes meal planning and prep a breeze.  Not only is it great for busy parents, but it's also great for those who don't want to shop in a grocery store during the pandemic, or simply for those who wish to try out new dishes.
