I grew up eating bibingka, so I couldn't wait to try the Bibingka Brownies.  Such a great combination!

The Waialua Estate Chocolate Marble Cake was divine (thank you @melissa808!), and the kids loved the Banana Crumb Mochi Muffins (I didn't get to try).

Pick up some Adobo Fried Chicken or Waffle Dogs at Restaurant XO, and be sure to stop by the dessert table!
