Pickled Red Onions

I LOVE Pickled Red Onions.  I love them on sandwiches, tacos, salads, and more.  I decided to make my own after seeing how easy it was on @earthyandy's Instagram.

Simply take one red onion, slice it thin, and add it to a jar, along with 1/2 c white vinegar, 1 T sugar, 1 1/2 t salt, and 1 c warm water.

Let sit for an hour.

Store in fridge.

Easy!
