Limon Rotisserie

Peruvian restaurant, Limon Rotisserie, recently introduced some new menu items, and I was fortunate to have been invited to try a couple of them:

Lomito Sandwich
The Lomito Sandwich consists of stir-fried beef, onions, tomatoes, and a ginger-infused soy sauce, all atop ciabatta.  The beef was very flavorful!

Crispy Chicken Sandwich
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was my fave of the two sandwiches I tried.  Crispy fried chicken thighs were drizzled in Aji Amarillo Huacatay (order your sandwich with fries so you can dip them into the Aji Amarillo Huacatay!).

Of course, no visit to Limon Rotisserie would be complete without trying their signature Pollo a la Brassa, open-flamed marinated rotisserie chicken.

You can get an entire chicken, half chicken, or quarter white or dark, and each portion comes with Aji Amarillo Huacatay, along with two sides.

Tacu Tacu

Chifa Vegetables
Tacu Tacu is sauteed rice and beans, and Chifa Vegetables are stir-fried veggies.

For dessert, I opted for Bread Pudding.  It was so delicious!  It was sweet, dense, and served with a delightful creme anglaise.  Be sure to order it with ice cream!

If you haven't been to Limon Rotisserie yet, what are you waiting for?
