Celebrate International Women's Day at Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu

Disclosure: meal and merchandise were compliments of our sponsor. All opinions are my own.

Hard Rock Cafe is commemorating International Women's Day 2020 with their "Who Runs the World" promo: a special menu and limited edition female-inspired t-shirt, both which are available for a limited time only (the special menu is available through Sunday March 8, 2020).

Also, female guests who visit the Hard Rock cafe on Sunday March 8, 2020 for International Women's Day will receive a free dessert of their choice, such as NY Cheesecake, Homemade Apple Cobbler, or Hot Fudge Brownie, with a minimum purchase of $10!

It has been years since I've been to the Hard Rock Cafe in Honolulu, and today's visit was the first time I dined here with the boys.

Hard Rock Cafe has a great kids' menu with all of their favorites - cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, Mac & cheese, and cheese pizza, served on a guitar-shaped plate with compartments for ketchup - brilliant!

Each kid's meal comes with a drink and choice of side.

The boys loved the cheeseburger (my son asked for it without cheese) and Mac & cheese. The portions were very generous and they were both not able to finish their meals!

The Jumbo Combo consists of four different apps - wings, onion rings, bruschetta, and egg rolls. Perfect for sharing!

The BBQ Pineapple Steak Burger from the "Who Runs the World" menu is stacked full of goodies - HRC's signature steak burger, HRC's signature Bangkok slaw, Monterey Jack Cheese, a grilled pineapple, and finished with shoestring onions on top.

I love the combination of sweetness from the pineapple and the savoriness of the steak burger and fried shoestring onions. Any woman will feel like she can run the world after devouring this beast of a burger!

Everything we ate was delicious and the service was excellent! As a parent with two little ones, I appreciate when restaurants cater to the needs of families with small kids by making the kids' meals come out FIRST since kids are normally hungry and dying for food, and that's exactly what happened today. The kids got their meals first, and as soon as we got them settled, our dishes came next and we were all able to enjoy our meal.

Don't forget to pick up the limited edition Hard Rock Cafe International Women's Day 2020 t-shirt in the Rock shop. In true Hard Rock Cafe fashion, it has the location printed on it, so everyone knows where you got it from!  You can also purchase one online if you can't get to a Cafe.

Thank you Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu for the complimentary meal and goodies from the Rock Shop!
