Aloha Maui Day Trip: Lineage

Lineage is one of my favorite restaurants on Maui, and we just had to stop there, especially since @konaish and @deniset73 hadn't visited yet.

Chef MiJin Kang Toride is the new Chef de Cuisine, but do not worry - the food remains familiar and welcoming, while still being innovative.

We sat at the bar and ordered a few must-trys:

Chicharon
Shots of chili pepper water and chicharon - addicting!

Kim Chee Dip
I think I ate nearly all of this by myself!
Poi Mochi
The Poi Mochi is a fave amongst many!
Kalbi Ribeye Cap
The Kabli Ribeye Cap was a special of the day.  The meat was so tender and flavorful.  Loved it!
"Fish, Poi, & Rice"
This dish is a play on the typical "fish, poi, and rice."

Lots of great things are in store for Lineage as they enter this new chapter.  I'm always excited to see what new dishes Lineage has to offer (and to also drink that chili pepper water!).
